What Is CrossFit?

We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency - not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. After looking at all sport and physical tasks collectively, we asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage. Our Mission

Cross Fit North Park will offer training to survive. Survive life, work, the wild, or even the apocalypse. The foundation to survival in any situation lies in physical ability; strength, power, speed, endurance, agility, quickness and ultimately the resistance to fatigue. 

It is not enough to only survive. We must thrive. Thrive in every endeavor that we choose to fill our life with, endeavors that will give our life purpose.
