Train with R.A.W. for the Pittsburgh Marathon
R.A.W. Training will begin training athletes to prepare for the Pittsburgh Marathon. We are offering a structured marathon training program designed for both beginners as well as experienced marathon runners.
R.A.W. TRAINING'S MONTHLY PROGRAM FEATURES:
*Initial phone consultation by a Certified Personal Trainer and Running and Endurance specialist.
*A review of past training and performances and establish personal goals for the Pittsburgh Marathon.
*Weekly e-mails with personalized training plan/workouts for the week.
*UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP to R.A.W. Training facility. All of our sessions are geared towards Strength/Conditioning for runners/athletes. Our workouts and classes (i.e. Olympic Lifting classes) are essential to your success in this training program. Nine sessions offered a week to fit your schedule.
*Weekly training review and assessment.
*Nutritional consultation with diet suggestions to increase athletic performance.
*Track Interval workouts 1x per week
*R.A.W. TRAINING t-shirt.
OUR ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE WILL TAKE YOU FROM START TO FINISH (LINE) AND GUIDE YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!
***POSE RUNNING COACH JANINE MARCOUX IS AVAILABLE AT R.A.W. TRAINING FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST. SHE WILL ANALYZE YOUR CURRENT RUNNING FORM AND TEACH YOU THE PROPER POSE RUNNING TECHNIQUE.
